PJ’s Gulf Coast Gumbo

Description

Try our delicious PJ’s Gulf Coast Gumbo for a great dinner in under 20 minutes. The gumbo is pre-made and frozen and must be thawed and heated. We grow or locally source many of the ingredients in the gumbo. We suggest that you add raw shrimp to the gumbo (1/4 lbs. for 16 oz. ½ lbs. for 32 oz., 2 lbs for party size). Add the shrimp when the gumbo begins to boil. When the shrimp turns pink (about 5 mins.) you are done cooking. Other meats such as chicken can be added but should be pre-cooked before adding. Serve the gumbo over rice.
